We Make It Easy
Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming — but with Maddison J Creations by your side, the styling side of things is completely taken care of. Our process is designed to be clear, collaborative, and enjoyable from start to finish.
Here is how we work together to bring your dream wedding to life.
Initial Enquiry
Get in touch via our contact form or email. Tell us a little about your wedding — the date, venue, and the kind of styling you have in mind. We will get back to you promptly to discuss your vision.
Consultation
We arrange a consultation — in person or virtually — to really get to know you as a couple. We discuss your style, colour palette, budget, and any specific ideas or inspiration you have gathered.
Bespoke Proposal
Based on our consultation, we put together a detailed, bespoke styling proposal tailored specifically to you. This includes a full breakdown of styling elements, quantities, and pricing.
Booking & Planning
Once you are happy with the proposal, we secure your date with a booking deposit. From here, we handle all the planning, flower sourcing, and logistics, keeping you updated every step of the way.
Final Details
All balances are due 12 weeks before your wedding. In the weeks leading up to your wedding, we confirm all the final details ,timings, venue access, and any last-minute tweaks to ensure everything is absolutely perfect.
Your Wedding Day
On the day itself, we arrive early to set up and style your venue to perfection. All timings will have previously been agreed by ourselves with your venue. You simply arrive and enjoy, knowing every detail has been taken care of with consideration and precision.
